MY ORDERS

How do I cancel my order?

As the order process is automated, if you need to cancel or change your order, you will need to return the items when you receive them for a full refund.

Do you offer exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges, if you need to exchange an item for a different size, style or color, simply return the item for a full refund and place a new order for the size, item or color that you need.

Where is my order confirmation?

Once you purchase your items, you will receive and email with your order, payment details and unique tracking number for the items. Alternatively, you can also access this information when you log into your account on the website.

How do I check the status of my order?

In your shipping confirmation email, there will be a unique tracking number for the items you have purchased that enables you to check on the progress of your package.

How do I make a change to my order?

As the order process is automated, if you need to cancel or change your order, you will need to return the items when you receive them for a full refund.

Do you have a size chart or fit guide?

Yes, there will be a link on the product detail page for each brand so you can check the size guide.

I love the item but it’s not in my size. What can I do?

Easy, simply return the item(s) back to us for a full refund and re-order the size you need. Please see our return policy by clicking here

Do you have promotional codes?

From time to time we will have promotional codes that we will send out to you through our newsletters.

Do you place items on backorder?

We do not allow backorders at this time.

Why do I need to register to shop

you do not need to register to shop. By registering you will have access to your order history, be able to add things to your wish list and your billing and shipping address details are saved for a faster and more convenient checkout experience. Of course you can always check out as a guest anytime.

By registering will I receive marketing emails from you?

Only if you have selected you would like to. You can also opt out at any time and we will remove you from any marketing and promotional emails.

By registering will I receive marketing/promotional items from other companies?

No, we value our customer’s privacy, and won’t share your details with anyone. You will only receive marketing and promotional emails pertaining to the brands that are sold on Wilshire and Cooper.

I forgot my log in and password what do I do?

You can reset your password from the My Account log in section. An email will be sent to you so you can reset your password.


SHIPPING

Where do the items on Wilshire and Cooper ship from?

All items on Wilshire and Cooper ship from our US distribution center in California.

 How soon will my order arrive?

Please refer to our Shipping Policy.

Will I have to pay International taxes and duties?

The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes (VAT and GST), customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Do I need to sign for my delivery?

Yes you will need to sign for your delivery on arrival. If you are not home at the time of arrival, a card will be left in your mailbox so you can arrange redelivery of your items.

Do you deliver to PO boxes?

As you need to sign form your package, we cannot deliver to PO boxes.

How can I track my package?

When your item ships, you will be emailed a unique tracking number for the items you have purchased that enables you to check on the progress of your package.

How do I return an item?

What if I don’t have the original package for the return?

If you are missing or have damaged your Wilshire and Cooper packaging, please use a similar sized cardboard box or plastic delivery envelope. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for safely packing your return so we receive the items in their original condition, so please ensure that it is in an appropriate packaging for the item returned.

Have you received my return?

Returns can take up to 21 business days to reach our facility. Please keep note of the tracking number when returning your items, so you can ensure that the items are returned safely back to us.

What do I need to include in my return?

Just the item you are returning along with a completed returns form that was in your original shipment. If you have lost the return form, you can download a new one click here

When will my refund be processed?

Refunds will be posted back to the original purchase method within 14 days after receipt of your return. We will send you an email confirming that the refund has been processed.
